No other area of Brisbane can match Kangaroo Point for its location and natural beauty. Kangaroo Point Features river and city views, the beautiful Kangaroo Point cliffs and Brisbane’s most recognisable icon, the famous Story Bridge. I spent my weekend exploring Kangaroo Point and wanted to write a quick blog on things to do in Kangaroo Point. If you’re looking for things to do in Brisbane, click here.
Things to do in Kangaroo Point
Walk along the river – taking in the scenery. I spent hours walking along the waterfront in Kangaroo Point, climbing the cliffs and admiring Brisbane CBD.
Take the City Hooper from Kangaroo Point and do a lap of the city. This is a free boat service and takes you to South Bank, the CBD and back to Kangaroo Point. We took the boat just to admire the views from on the river.
Run the Kangaroo Point Cliff stairs – for all the fitness fanatics out there.
Wine and Dine – lots of options to choose from.
Other activities that I have to try are rock climbing, ab-sailing, kayaking down the river at sunset and the Story Bridge Climb.
